Rounding Up The Google Wave Week

Last week actually became a Flex 4 week towards the tail end, but read about that in the next post. Google Wave is a phenomenal project and I already told you that.

One of our readers has a doubt: “I wondered if submitting an XML site map to google with relevant descriptions and titles was an option.” Could anyone please help us out here?

The latest version of Tour de Flex, v1.2.3, has improved CPU utilization apart from some bug fixes. Nice. I still remember the RSLs that shrunk the installer by 30% for the previous version.

The Flash community cheered Amethyst Beta 5’s new feature to support refactoring for ActionScript.

Ryan also tried to show how much Adobe actually contributes to the open web, after an essay by Serge Jespers on the same matter.

Adobe XD made a set of valid points about why the Mobile is more suited than the Desktop for Social Networking. I am starting to think that it is about time for me to acquire a smart phone.

And, two interviews on futuristic technologies in movies from both camps: Flash and Silverlight.
