In March I introduced the GrandCentral services here and recommended it again later. Well, seems Google likes it too, enough to buy this company, reported by TechCrunch. Seems there are quite a few mapping automobiles around our cities. We know Tele Atlas is busy. Immersive Media is cute with Beatle map car (shown below). Google doing 360 degree street with family van. Now there comes Microsoft’s mapping SUV. Man! our planet is hot.
