1. Swing arms left and right.
2. swing arms up and down in front of your body

3. Now let’s do some head movements
4. If you think you are cute or handsome, show us here
5. Again, let your head gets into the game, I mean, exercise.
6. Time for relaxing moves
7. It helps if gets into a bit dancing mode or move
8. Loosening up your shoulders before hit the bed

9. I won’t suggest this but it’s said some desert dessert before bed helps sleep. Do this at your own risk!

My suggestion: Smoke Pot. I bet Marijuana could be a cure for insomnia. How many stoners have trouble falling asleep? None that I know of! I don’t think it is possible!
I think anything like weed or alcohol would help…personally I’m out like a light after drinking Strongbow Sirrus; it’s smooth and tasty and somnambulently good!

actually, both exercise and sweets keep you up, since they increase your adrenaline level, or give energy boost (sweets).

yes, sweets raise adrenalin level, but that automatically raise insulin level, and decrease blood pressure, and makes you sleepy
This is very interesting and funny… I like to do the #9 exercise….
I’d like to try #9, but I live too far from any desert - the Mojave is my best bet, but over three hundred miles. I couldn’t get back by bedtime.
I second the weed comment. Knocks me right the hell out and I’ll sleep like a champ.
