

The world needs geeks. Who’s a geek? Well, if you are setting in front of your computer and reading this post, changes are, you are one of them. I mean, you should be proud of yourself. Geeks should be healthy too. To ‘maintain’ the healthy images of geeks, here are the exercises you can do daily, only 6 of them.
One time in the morning (or during the day) and one time in the evening I do following:
This takes around 10 minutes. So you spend around 20 minutes on this everyday. When you do your exercise you need give it the full blow - - being sloppy wont gain any muscles! When I do the push-ups or sit-ups I keep pushing my self until I know I can’t do any more - and at that stage I do 5 or 10 more. That’s the way to do it
BTW, if you could, you also run around 2 times a week, around 5 km (or something similar) would be nice. Also, doing some sport, say, play soccer at least 2 times per week.
One thing is important, according to some experts, don’t overeat. You should eat around 5 times a day and it’s small portions.
Finally, Don’t drink soft-drinks! Drink pure water. Diets are BAD since they disturb your body. It’s much better to have a healthy life-style. Fast-food, chocolate etc. is ok once in a while, but don’t do it everyday. If you have a problem with sweet-stuff, then don’t buy it when you go shopping. Remember that good physical shape takes some effort and a lot of time. If you follow my tips you will begin to see some real results after 3 months or so.
What you will gain in return? Healthier body, more energy to live your life, better self-esteem, and save the geeks because the world need them.
