Flex Needs Some New Thinking - Can’t agree more with the author. What we’ve seen with Flex, in terms of programming, are pretty much bunch of clones of the Java bodies, which is a doubtable place to emulate. All those MVC heavy duty based-on-design-pattern-and-fatty-the-client-with-many-layers-of-layers stuffs is just starting adding burden to Flex. Without other options they are the necessary evils we have to take and live with. However, new thinking is needed indeed.
