I just can stand my web hosting company anymore, the acsite.net. It’s about time to move on to some where else, even it’s kinda hassle doing it. But I figured it’s good time do it now. I’ll share with you, in case you are running a site, that when it’s the good time to move on:
- When your web hosting company start experiencing server-down and it’s getting quite frequently.
- When your support tickets had stopped been answered. And seems the company is on autopilot.
- When the hosting company won’t accept new customers and claiming upgrading billing system or not.
- When your content and code had been reset back one day, obviously some crash/restoring going on, after you do made quite some changes. And there was no explanation whatsoever.
- When the hosting company charging you irregularly, sometimes garnishing your credit card 5 times a day.
- Finial, when there are so many good and inexpensive web hosting companies and they do care about customers, and
- When you are using good content management software such as Wordpress, which provides great backup and restore capability.
Actually, going through the list I realized that I should have switched right after first several items. Um…late is always better than never. How do you think?
