Job sites are a very crowded area. I guess that’s why people start pushing the creativity side of it. The new comer MyCredentials is a recruiter evolved into a job seeking site. They think you need spicy up your resume or profile online to make yourself more marketable on the wild west web. That’s why once you create an account with then, you will have Flash based personal profile published to the world. Will this help? I am really not sure. What you’ve done is always more important than what you are showing. But, I guess, it won’t hurt to have your info presented nicer online.
