5 Speech Bubbles Design Resources

Forget it if it’s Flex, Silverlight or AJAX, when your apps to have users say something, you might want the sayings speak in speech bubbles. To make your design effort easier or to have some references, here five more places you can check them out.

CSS Play - This CSS based bubbles that use images to form the bubbles. It’s based on the javascript version of Speech Bubbles at willmayo.com this is a light weight CSS only version. Whilst it does not have the flexiblity of the javascript it does still work with javascript off.

Will Mayo - This one use JavaScript does the magic. The above CSS is using it too as prototype.

MySpace Speech Bubble Generator - This one generates speech bubble for MySpace. You copy the generated code to somewhere else.

WigFlip - This one you enter the text and it generates the GIF image of comic style speek bubble.

Fluid CSS Speech Bubbles - this give you details on how to create CSS speech bubble. It provides the corner images too. Very good post.
