It’s April’s Fool week so I know I should be careful about tips and tricks. Try at your own risk, hehehe…
Adding Java Tool to Standalone Flex Builder – It’s very obvious to Java turned Flex developers who are familiar with Eclipse. But the rest of non-Eclipse developers, this is a good handy tip. Nothing better than put all the trades in a one bag.
Flex Yahoo Map with BlazeDS – Now you know why I pick this one. Besides, anything can help integrating RIA to server services is a must-read. BlazeDS is Adobe’s open source RIA server solution. If you haven’t, go check it out.
Java to AS3 using Maven – I just love the bridging efforts among different technologies, servers and languages. Java and AactionScript developers should get along very well with this post. Just in case, if you know Ant, then Maven is sort of Ant on Steroid.
Goodby, MXNA – This is a good one. Ryan Stewart really got me. I had this “Oh, sh!#t!” moment with it. Not a tip, but wish the truth makes you feel better.
Have a good weekend!
