You can now. Google just released Adsense for Game, called Google In-Game Advertising.
Current Requirements:
The item 3 is very interesting. Looks you need add code into your Flash to allow the injection of Google adsense advertisement. The number 1 tells me that Google has scalability issues for the initial release. That make sense because it needs much bigger computing power than regular adsense, which every other Joe who has a web page can have it.
The in-game adsense really gives opportunity to both Flash game developers and Flash/Flex/ActionScript developers. If this offer is doing well, there are definitely needs for AdctionScript based components that does and eases the ads integration and ads management.
Do you have a Flex games in development?

Some addictive Flash games are actually very small and simple. That means it doesn’t have to take a Flash game designer to developer a flash game. A Flex developer will do if having a simple but good gaming idea. Opportunity for regular Flex/ActonScript developers.
I think, since the service is still in beta, that the requirements will be toned down eventually.

What do you mean by that ? Games that use the mxml tags ?
I created a Actionscript Project in Flex, using Box2D, and it’s a wonderful experience. Everything is so much unified and clear in comparison with developing in the Flash IDE.
Have a look here for one of my Flex/Box2D experiments: http://zlap.deviantart.com/art/Claw-Machine-Flash-Physics-99956440
I don’t understand why they limit this to (very popular) games. I can think of a lot of other Flash/Flex applications that would benefit a lot from this Adsense integration technology..
@Tom
That’s good point. It relates the flash search engine indexing issue. If Google can’t thoroughly index a Flash/Flex application/site, then it can serve adsense well. However, if Google opens up the SDK used for in-grame ads all Flash then the developers will take care of Google’s indexing business and developer will get a bit of cash. Of cause, the SDK will be gamed, tricked and hacked too.
