According to Matt Stephens at the Register Sun Microsystems may be poised to lose a bundle of money on their RIA application JavaFX. With Adobe and Microsoft squaring off for a fight in the RIA field Sun may not have the muscle to grab a large enough market share to make JavaFX profitable.
