 I reviewed toufee before. Since then they are really improving the functions. I used to have all sorts of offline tools to help quickly creating some Flash banners or blocks with predefined effects, without learning Flash studio. It’s kind cook to be able to add some Flash elements on a web page quickly. However, once Flash upgraded to Flash 8, most of my tools stop working. Either I have to buy new one or just dump them. Snap + Digg + Yourminis = Flash diggexpose

If you mouse over this site like you would get a javascript window tooltip shows the snapshot of the site. That’s Snap. If you like the post, you digg it. If you want to have a portable desktop, you use Flash based yourminis. Someone put them all together, you got diggexpose. It’s fun site with this swf hosted on yourminis. I haven’t got time to figure what it’s to do with yourminis?! It’s really a cool mashup, even though it’s not that useful, again, it’s fun. Well, fun it’s all we want eventually, right?

There are more JavaFX demos on Sun’ Chirs Oliver’s blog. Here are the demos that you can click and run, if you have latest Java runtime installed. A Space invader game. Flash gamer developers should be able to tell the how good it is for new gaming platform. Considering J2ME runs most of mobile games in US, JavaFX could be serious gaming language. A calculator. Trying to mimic MacOS dashboard Widget. O’Reilly (don’t know who he is, shame on you) has been using O’Reilly book sales data to track technology trend. last year, the biggest winner is Ruby on Rails. Now what is the strongest new product from O’Reilly?
