Flash T-Shirt Making from AT&T

Posted by Charles | November 28, 2007 | 4 Comments

No sure if it’s the holiday spirit or AT&T just want to change the boring image. They have this T-Shirt making site called Where Do You Live, which is Flash site that will make custom t-shirt by putting your entered location words (not whole words, odd). I figured what AT&T really wanted to say with this little Flash is that no matter where you live, there is AT&T. But seriously, I didn’t think that way. Anyway, the t-shirt will actually be made by another commercial site called Zazzle.

Eat your own dog food, that’s what people like to say. But I don’t think most people do, or should do, only because dog food is for dog. For example, the Flex blog from Adam Dyson is actually a Flex application. It’s neat, elegant and serves the purpose as a blog. However, there are more to it for a blog.

Things you need consider are how you would generate RSS feed, comments, etc. Even though Google or other search engines supposedly can index Flash, I don’t think Flash is a good way for SEO (search engine optimization). Then, how people […] Continue Reading…

Posted by Charles | November 26, 2007 | Comment

I am talking about clouds, literately. It’s funny that I do thought about clouds when having a long drive during Thanksgiving holiday. Looking at the clouds overcasting in the sky I was amazed thinking such simple thing in nature could have unlimited formations. No wonder people in the old time trying to predict future by interpreting clouds. Then, back home I bumped into this site called Million Clouds, a Flash site that sells only cloud stock pictures for 99c a piece.

You know I love simplicity and this one can’t be any simpler, with sound business model too. The most […] Continue Reading…

Right before Thanksgiving I had this ordeal getting FiOS from Verizon(Verizon Sucks! Big Time post.) The post ended with the music playing from Verizon. Here is the update.

More than a hour later, someone from Technical Support picked it up. He forwarded me to another lady representative who was very helpful. My order disappeared from their system somehow. She helped put in another order, by spending another hour. During the new order creation, I found there are more problems with the previous order. In the mean while, I asked to speak to the supervisor for complaining. They kept my […] Continue Reading…
